Making High-Throughput Experimentation More Accessible and Efficient
In order to run a chemical reaction one needs to know what and how to combine and how to measure, process and interpret its results. Going from a few to many experiments in parallel changes things since the design, execution and analysis need to be automated while retaining flexibility. At Roche, we combine liquid dosing and reaction execution on Junior, solid dosing, and analysis using LCMS or HPLC. Design and execution are integrated using the mother of all gSheets.
